I changed the name to clarify that my work encompasses more than just parenting; it’s about relationships of all kinds, including those with partners, family, friends, and co-workers.

Raw thoughts on Nostalgia

For me, nostalgia is a feeling that mixes emotion, memory, and longing. It's more than just thinking about the past; it's a bittersweet experience that connects me to moments that have shaped me. Nostalgia can bring warmth, comfort, and sometimes sadness, reminding me of people, places, or versions of myself I've left behind. It can be healing, grounding, and very human. Sometimes, a song or a memory can trigger it, and what I feel — whether happiness, sadness, or reflection — is very real. So, nostalgia isn't just a feeling; it’s one of my most gentle and tender emotions
